Will the portrait look like the photograph I send?
I offer a likeness guarantee. Before I start work I will agree with you what sort of portrait you have in mind and, if requested, can give you updates along the way. I am happy to make up to three amendments included in the price.
I love seeing a happy customer and want you to feel a rush of love when you see your commission 'in the flesh' or 'in the fur'!
How much does a commissioned portrait cost?
We will agree the cost of the portrait after our initial FREE consultation and I will only start work when I have taken into account all your special requests.
Your portrait is a bespoke and unique artwork. I ask for a 50% deposit when you order and the final payment when I have sent you a finished digital image of the portrait. I'm sure you will be delighted with the results, but if the portrait is not as originally agreed, for any reason, no further payment will be required and I will hang onto it in case you change your mind.

What are your postage and returns policies?
The postage cost depends on the size of the portrait and where you live. I will agree this with you when we discuss the price of your bespoke portrait. Sorry, I am only able to post to addresses in the UK.
I will wrap your painting with care and do everything I can to ensure your portrait arrives safely and on time. Please open and check your order upon receipt and report any damages to me within 3 days.
In the unlikely event your portrait arrives damaged please email me via the contact form on this website within 3 days of receipt. Please take photos of the damage in order for me to fix or replace your portrait. It is important to return your order by a tracked service as I cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit.
Artwork and frames are fragile items and should be opened immediately and with care. My Returns Policy applies to the 3 day period, starting from the delivery date of your order. If more than 3 days has passed since your order has been delivered, I cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
If your painting is lost by the courier, I will create a new painting at no extra cost to you.
Unfortunately, portrait orders cannot be cancelled once I have received your order and started work.
I collect your name, email and postal address in order to fulfil your order.
I do not share your personal information with anyone and keep your details secure only for as long as legally required.
I have the copyright to the paintings and reserve the right to reproduce them on this website and in social media, but will not disclose your name or contact details.
