About me

I have recently relocated from Shropshire to Leicestershire where I live with my partner and our dogs Kevin and Pig who are both Chow Chows.
I have been drawing and painting for over 30 years and taking commissions for over 20 years. My work is highly detailed and realistic using traditional methods but with a modern twist.

Since arriving on the professional scene in 2008, I’ve worked hard to capture and intrigue the art community. I gather much of my inspiration from personal experiences, the environment and cultures around the world.
Even though I create primarily for myself, my work has been well received by buyers and critics alike; a fact I don’t take lightly. If you would like to talk about working together, or if you have a specific project you would like to propose, please do not hesitate to contact me.
I have entered several many competitions, exhibiting as far away as London and New York and have won several awards for my portraits most recently winning the runner up prize a the Sock Gallery's open art competition in 2018.
